The location of the investment is a decision that should be based on verified information. Choosing the right place is one of the keys to success.

factors such as the candidates' pool, access to staff with appropriate qualifications, or the presence of schools and universities ready to cooperate with business will affect whether the local labor market will meet the needs of the investment.

That is why we have prepared a report that collects the most important data from the perspective of new investments, supported by our expert knowledge gained over nearly three decades of Randstad's presence in the Polish labor market. This experience allows us to understand the processes shaping the situation in Poland and predict future trends.

The Randstad report consists of 5 parts prepared for each of the macroregions of Poland:

- central (Warsaw, Łodź, Kielce, and surrounding areas),
